Colesapp can lead the Bid Management process to help ensure that your project is installed by the most qualified contractor.
Colesapp will then work along with the contractor to insure that the system is correctly installed and the system scope is followed as agreed. A proper design is only as good as it is implemented.
Existing Conditions & Due-diligence reporting
Whether you or your client are looking to sell or purchase a facility you need to know where you stand. Colesapp can review and analyze your facility and then create a complete and comprehensive report to ensure you and your team of exactly where your technology stands.
Technology preventive reporting
If you are responsible for multiple facilities and want to keep a clear pulse on the status of the technology systems of your investment then you should consider hiring on a Technology Prevention contract. We can do a annual site visit to your facility and analyze your facility systems and issues a complete report that includes the system status, recommended upgrades and repairs along with detailed pictures and suggested solutions and cost.
Installation review (CA)
Whether it is a Colesapp design or a design of one of our peers, we have the installation and construction knowledge to thoroughly evaluate the contractors work. We will detail the quality and workmanship of the install. We will ensure that the design scope was closely followed and that the contractual agreements have been meet.
